Typos of the Weekend, November 7 to November 8

Indeed, this batch is your Triviathon exclusive! No rankings, since it was tough to pare down as it is. Not counting Chaos because I finished this whole thing before I realized I hadn't culled the logs for it, there were 330 questions asked during the marathon. I missed one while crashing. Of the other 329, 213 had typos among the correct answers. After eliminating the ones that were more likely spelling errors than typing errors and the ones with only minor issues (an extra character or one key hit wrong), I was left with 119 questions with major typos in the correct answers. Here are thirty of them. If you'd like the entire list, let me know and I can accommodate. Enjoy!

Hughes was concerned radiation from the tests would impact his health; the Nevada underground tests were powerful enough to rumble the Desert Inn hotel where he was living.

[1:53] Celeste Wisent: north merica

[1:53] Mako Kungfu: CELESTE

[1:53] Lotus Ceriano: motr americva

[1:54] Mako Kungfu: A. North America. The St. Petersburg-Clearwater airport in the U.S. state of Florida uses "Pie In The Sky" as an advertising slogan in reference to its three-letter IATA code. The airport claims to be the "birthplace of commercial air transportation" -- barely a decade after the pioneer flight of the Wright brothers at Kitty Hawk in 1903, the first tickets for airline travel were sold by the St. Petersburg-Tampa Airboat Line to fare-paying passengers. In case you're curious, the IATA code for Pulkovo airport in St. Petersburg, Russia is LED.

[12:14] Billy2Times Krams: mercry venus

[12:14] Lou Netizen: CIRCE (again!)

[12:14] Lou Netizen: Mercury and Venus. While it might seem like the outer planets have to move faster to keep up, in fact the innermost planets have to orbit very quickly to avoid being pulled into the sun. Johannes Kepler FTW. The Earth orbits the sun at about 30km/s.

[14:13] Traian Khandr: 3. "MAD AS A HATTER" BECAME A POPULAR PHRASE BECAUSE WORKERS WHO MADE FELT HATS WERE EXPOSED TO WHAT CHEMICAL THAT CAUSES TREMBLING, LOSS OF TEETH, LOSS OF COORDINATION AND SLURRING OF SPEECH?
